I was so impressed with the customer service I felt compelled to let you know what a wonderful job Woody did. I have never called or written any company because I was so pleased with their service, but for Woody. I absolutely had to.
From the moment he arrived he was nothing but laughs and smiles and he made the experience for all of us, one to never forget. Five out of six of us had been wine tasting on multiple occasions and all agreed that having such a great limo driver made all the difference. We were more impressed with Woody’s service then we were with the wineries and honestly, had just as much fun, if not more, in the limo.
Woody arrived a few minutes early, which is always perfect timing, and waited patiently for us. He took all of our coats and bags every time we entered the limo, putting everything fragile somewhere safe and securely. He was absolutely respectful of each of us and all of our belongings, which is hard to find since we are a younger crowd, and can often times not be taken seriously when we go wine tasting. He knew exactly where he was going and what to expect from each winery and was completely intuitive as to where we would enjoy going. Each time we got into the limo, it was freshly cleaned and drinks were freshly chilled. I could never describe how detailed Woody was. It was such a pleasure to have him there with us.
Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable. We could not have asked for anything more.

(2nd email) I have to say one more thing…we were at the winery where we were having lunch and we looked outside and Woody had set up our whole picnic table…with no direction. I think this is what made us see that he is fabulous. He went into every winery and talked to them and if we needed anything had no hesitation to walk in and ask the places. The picnic set up was very spectacular! Thanks again. We have been using you guys 3 years now and do not intend to stop at this point! You all have been great and reasonable prices.

I would like to thank you for the great time the 14 of us had last weekend for our wine tour in the Napa area. Dee was our driver and she did a fantastic job. She was very organized and helped make the trip carefree. We would love to have her for a chauffeur any time. The wine stops all went as planned without any problems at all, and our lunch stop and wine tasting was great at Rutherford Hill. Everyone enjoyed the limo, and we look forward to another trip and adventure down the road. Thanks again for helping to organize everything.

My two friends and I hired one of your limos last week. Your last minute call for Gary B. turned out to be the best call for us. Thank you! Gary was our driver for 2 days in a row. We want to thank you for scheduling Gary to stay with us the two days as he was “delightful”. The girls and I saw everything we wanted and because you were booked on Saturday, he mapped out places for us to go on our own. That was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time in Napa! Cordell was great! He took us to a few “spontaneous” places that were really nice. In fact, while at one, the folks told us of places to visit in Sonoma. The place Cordell took us and the suggested wineries in Sonoma were our favorites!

Dear Jim, I am so sorry this note is so overdue. I wanted to thank you so much for all you did for my sisters this weekend. We had a wonderful time visiting the wineries and dining in Sonoma.
